Dry bread crumbs 100g |

Lemon ½ pc |

Butter 20g |

Garlic 1 clove (finely chopped) |

Italian “flat-leaf parsley” 1 bunch |

Method
1 | Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees Celcius. |

2 | Pick the parsley leaves and chop roughly. |

3 | Mix the bread crumbs, butter, garlic and parsley with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. |

4 | Zest ½ lemon into mixture and a squeeze of lemon juice. |

5 | Season bone marrow with salt. Cover the marrow with a thick layer of the bread crumb mixture |

6 | Put into the oven and roast for 15-20 mins |
